Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Custodo (custodo.co). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1 · The agreement

By creating a Custodo account you agree to these terms. If you are using Custodo on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.

2 · Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are for users aged 13 and over.

3 · Acceptable use

Use Custodo to track maintenance for assets you own or manage. Do not use it to store unlawful content, to abuse the service or its infrastructure, or to attempt to access other users' data.

4 · Plans & billing

Custodo is free for up to two assets, with no time limit. Pro is available on monthly or annual billing; current rates are shown on the pricing page. Where a founder rate applies, it stays locked for as long as your subscription remains active. You can cancel anytime; your account returns to Free and your records remain.

5 · Your content

Your fleet records are yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service, namely to store, display and process your data for you. CSV export is always available.

6 · Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your data before it is removed from our active systems.

7 · Disclaimer

Custodo helps you keep records and reminders, but you remain responsible for the actual maintenance, condition and safety of your assets. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
